Our most beautiful matelasse bedspread woven in an elegant “Trapunto” style. Also called “stuffed work”, Trapunto originated around the 14th century in Sicily and becoming popular in England and France in the 1600’s before it was introduced by European immigrants to America.
Woven with the finest quality cotton yarns, our Abigail Adams bedspreads are machine washable and will not shrink nor fade.
Bedspreads are finished with knotted string fringe.
